sorry for not updating

I've been busy updating my very fist novel in Booksie: Complications of Complete. Currently i'm writing up Chapter 16 whereby Jayle's Black Butterfly was returned by Xiaonu even though Damien was the one who found it yet had no inetntion of returning it back t her because he though it was thing of her past and she doesn't treasure it anymore. Lol. it's so tiring but i'm enjoying every bit of this moment! because i am letting my brains work and not rotting at the moment :D

ECP BBQ

Sorry, i didn't update for a very long time. (WAIT AH. I'M TALKING TO SOMEONE IN MSN)

i had a BBQ yeaterday and it was okay la. i didn't really quite enjoy it even though i did suggest wanting to go to the BBQ. (: my cousin was late. so we ended up arriving at ECP at 7pm. Like i said i didn't really enjoy it. The food was nice. BBQ hotdogs, chickens, satay, corn... there's so much to eat! but alas, there were too many leftovers and in the end we had to throw away becuase most of food spoilt. D:

today is my SS paper and then i had Chemistry paper.

SS first source based question has the word Hitler there. and i don't know why. beats me. but thank goodness i am a history student or else i will sit there, clueless during the exam! :D

Chemistry is OK but not so OK. i don't dare to say it is too OK just in case it is not OK at all. I managed to answer some questions and stuffs. but the one about Beta and Delta thingy, i don't know. i am not sure either. :( but i hope to score a mark or two for that. DEFINATELY NOT ZERO!

NEVER FELT SO BLESSED BEFORE!

GOSH! I REALLY DUN KNOW WHAT TO SAY TODAY! DEFINATELY TODAY IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!

it has been years since my family had totally lost contact with my aunt and my cousin. Every hari raya, i would always wonder where they are and how they were doing. in fact i really miss them so much. so often when i talked about them with my mum, i would always say they owe me many years worth of hari raya money. but those were all jokes seriously. the last i heard about my cousin had decided to divorce my cousin-in-law and my aunt disappeared suddenly. There had been no news about any of them these few years and all i do is pray for the day i would get to see them again. i miss my aunt's cooking especially her epok-epok and other yummy snacks and i miss my cousin because i was realy close to him when i was younger. he was my play mate and taught me how to play skateboards. i miss my cousin-in-law and my nieces and nephews and i swear i never hear about any of them after the divorce rumour. But God is kind today, and he answered all my family's prayers. After all the long years, i finally heard from them and seriously i am the first person. today when my cousin-in-law added me as a friend in fb, i was shocked, suprised, dumbfounded, excited, and many other mixed feelings inside me. Morning when i was talking to my mum, our conversation quickly turn out to be about my aunt and my cousin. I realised it was a really long time since i've heard and seen them. I truly missed them. I really would like to tell them that i was doing all well and now in completion of my O level. It was really their wish to see me doing very well in my studies. After the chatting with my mum I used SmsYo to update my status in fb and this was what i've updated: "i hope to see my long time no see aunt, my cousin and cousin-in-law and my nephews and nieces this hari raya. i really miss them so much! :(" when i got home, i logged into my fb again and saw that someone had added me in fb and when i went to check it out, i realised this person is married and i went to see the photos section at once. at first i saw a man's photo and i was unable to recognise him but he does look familliar. i wasn't sure who because i had uncles and cousins that look like this man in the photo. So as i went to browse for more photos, i realised there was this woman who looked like my cousin-in-law after all! many things went through my head. it was as though dramatic. I recalled the name and slowly how she had looked like and then i remembered my cousin and how he had looked like when we was younger. He looked much more older and mature in this photo and it was no wonder i couldn't recognise him! So, unable or should i just say i was incapable to contain the excitment in me, i rushed out from my room and squealed excitedly in my mum's ear despite my tuition teacher was at the scene. i was realy squealling to my mum that i'm finally in contact with them once again! and i told her i saw thier photos together and said probably it was really real that my cousin had gotten back to his wife! And we saw a few photos of my nieces and nephews and realised that they had gotten another kid :DDD! Saw there was a photo that they had bought new toys and my mum said probably my cousin had turn over a new leaf! :))))) OMG i am sooooooooooo happy! :D

hoping to see them this hari raya! :)
can't wait to see my new neice/nephew (cus i dun really quite know!)

YAYs! art coursework done!!! :) now i'm just left with exams. BTW, i am not attending school tomorrow cus i really need to catch up on history. i'm super dunb at cold war and Russia's fall of communism! i need to work on that! :)

Disastrous Hari Raya

Don't ask me what had happened yesterday because i am going to tell you

On my way to my gandparent's place, we got lost all because we took the wrong bus, 147 and end up in Serangoon. Then i suggested to take MRT because we are heading to Ang Mo Kio but my dad insisted on taking the Bus. So we got to the Bus Interchange and my dad asked if there was any us that is heading back to Ang Mo Kio and the Bus Captain says there isn't any. So my family head back to the Serangoon MRT station and got into a bit of quarrel with each other. My dad wanted to take the taxi instead but i said the seats are not enough for five of us. He dismissed the idea and wanted to take the bus 147 and get back where we start from. My mum was furious. She was annoyed and tired and she was the only one who fight back with my dad to take MRT instead. So in the end we took the Circle Line and dropped off at Bishan and then we took the North-South Station and got back to Ang Mo Kio....

Two more days to go for Hari Raya!

Waaaaa~ so tired! the last week of fasting month is really a busy week! Art have to complete it by today so i am rushing everything out now. I left two multing boards and a few reasearh left to paste. I am so so so tired! i hope i can coplete it by 1.30 this afternoon. my dad is ow making ketupats. a few hours later my mum gonna mop the floor and change the curtains! So i have to clean and packed my stuffs so that this can be done faster. :)

Ramadan Bazaar

Geylang Ramadan Bazaar was so crowded with customers yesterday and I am sure today is just as crowded as yesterday’s. I went there with my family of course – though without the presence of Seri and her boyfriend. They went with my family last year. But at least this year, without Seri, we didn’t shop much. My second sister almost fainted in the MRT so that’s why we didn’t shop much. We bought stickers for my youngest cousin. She lost her mum last year and her dad was the only one supporting the family. But to me, my uncle wasn’t a good dad. Either way, I hated him for being selfish because he had never took good care of his two daughters and he was always enjoying himself with the girls as old as his eldest daughter.
So back to my yesterday’s story, we broke fast near the seats of the Paya Lebar’s MRT station. When I was chewing my burger, I suddenly felt something small, flat, creature-like thingy ran past my feet (FYI, I was wearing slippers) I looked down and caught a sight of a lizard running past my mum’s seat. And I was like…. O…. M…..G….. I knew at once: it was that stupid bloody disgusting lizard that ran pas my feet. I was like…….. EWWWWWWWW… GROSSSSSS~! Gross gross gross! I alerted my mum and my second sis. My mum, she was afraid of lizards, and she leapt out from her seat when she saw the lizard was under her seat. That disgusting lizard ran past back under my seat to a stranger’s seat beside me and my mum was keeping an eye on that lizard. She told me it was crawling on the stranger’s seat to the back of her thigh and near her hips. Ewww gross!

It’s so boring today. I usually spend my boring time eating or sleeping but I couldn’t really do all those things today. Today’s (haish….) the first day of fasting month. My dad gave us a cal this morning to discuss what to have for dinner tonight. He said we should have noodles and he agreed to my suggestion that we should buy drinks from sweet talk for dinner.

I and my sisters had tried our brand new hari raya clothes. (: my youngest sister’s new shoes had too much glitter and it kept sticking onto my hands. I went to wash my hands and my eyes fell onto the jug of water and bottles of Soda drinks under the kitchen table. I was like O.M.G.

Lunch Munchies

There’s nothing much today unless I count the fact Desy and I were now on a “run”. Can’t mention what’s happening here but much people have come to know about it. They share same sentiments as me and Desy but with different judgement. But nevertheless, I feel much better after the counselling on Friday. The counsellor is a woman and she’s really awesome. Since what had happen last few months before, I was afraid of counselling and never set my foot into that room again. I was afraid it was a wrong decision but tension was building up “everywhere”. However, on Friday, the counselling session made me feel so much better that I did not regret coming for the session in the first place.

Anyway, Social studies lesson bored me to tears. OV still went on and on about the source based skills that I almost fall asleep. Halfway through the lesson I was doodling on my foolscap paper. But I was distracted when OV woke up two of my classmates that fell asleep. One of them, probably weren’t happy that she was awake rudely, and mumbled ‘boring’. Unfortunately OV heard it and retorted, “If this lesson is really boring, I will give you permission to go out of the class where it is more lively there.” Half of the class laughed. Well, I think it really surprise them that OV after all have a bit of sense of humour. But the great thing is OV ends the lesson earlier than usual, about fifteen minutes earlier before bell ring.

Then Desy and I met again at foyer, and we went to Cavana for lunch. On our way there, an Indonesian maid tapped my shoulder and asked for my help. My first impression was that maid was lost and wants help to find her way back. But she wasn’t lost. She just wanted us to help her find they way to Singapore post where she can send letters back to her family. So we accompanied the maid to Singapore post. She talked to me in Indonesia but I didn’t quite understand it (well, as a matter of fact, I did understand but when one speaks it fast and long, I wouldn’t have a clue of what they said). It was thankful that Desy was there and I think she really enjoyed speaking to that Indonesian maid. The maid said she had just moved her and she was staying in Tiong Baharu previously. She also told us that she was only 19 (Desy heard it 22, so the age is still unknown) and she had to work because her family didn’t earn enough to support her school fees and stuff. My heart really goes out to her. When we had reached to Singapore post, she said she was extremely grateful that we were willing to accompany her here and wanted to treat us ice-cream. Desy and I refused politely. It’s hard enough for her to go on a foreign land to work and I know in Singapore is hard to earn money. I can’t let her spend her money just to repay us. I believe good deeds will be reciprocated. It may not be her who’ll help us in future but some just as kind as her.

So, tomorrow is our mother tongue O level result. Well, just hopefully I passed. C grade is also ok so I don’t mind. However, I really hoped for a B grade. But if I did fail… uh… just have to look forward to mother tongue B syllabus on October.

A day in ECP

Did I mention that I had a haircut yesterday? *…waiting for a reply…* ….. So, it’s a no, I guess! Hehee. Well as a matter of fact, I did have a haircut yesterday. But if you really had been to FB, you should have known it. Truth is the weather is so bloody hot that no amount of water can satisfy my thirst and I can swear that I am sweating more than anyone else each day, um, like now perhaps? I’m sitting right under the fan but I am still sweating

Right, so I was with my family at ECP yesterday, the whole afternoon. I didn’t enjoy much though. I had my laptop with me so I played Pets Society and then Restaurant City. The moment I started on Magic Pen in Miniclip, it was time to go. Boo. My sister had a video posted in FB and i might put afew photos there later.

And... Tomorrow there's school. I don't know if THERE is any holiday homework. hehe.

Uhhh, Boring!

My God~! Why is the weather so hot? I’m perspiring profusely and how I wished I can have an ice-cream now! Speaking of ice-cream, I haven’t had one for ages.

Anyway, I’ve already started to compile the graduation gift for my friends. Well, I’m actually seeking some help from the others but no one exactly knows what my graduation gift is. Hehee. It’s still top secret and I shall not reveal it here.

I feel abit disappointed today. I was still hoping the National Day celebrations in school would be fun but it wasn’t really enjoyable seriously. In fact, it’s boring. I know there’s no witnessing the marching and stuffs. But… It’s my final year this year and I hope national day is something I could enjoy in school. Talking about getting lost in the forest or about stupid globalisation isn’t so fun, or should I just say it wasn’t any fun at all! And all that talking makes me feel I shouldn’t even have bothered to attend school at all. It’s like we’re still studying in class learning about Globalisation in Social Studies lesson.

There’s nothing much to do anyway this holiday. My friend has taken away my half-completed drawings which I missed it badly right now. I guess I have to spend my next few days catching up on any of my studies… maybe do abit of maths (but avoid any probability questions for now. It isn’t easy for me to get over him) or maybe better avoid maths and do anything else EXCEPT maths. Hehehe.

Well, that’s all for today. Hope to have something nice for dinner tonight.

What else can i be worrying about if it's not my O level mother tongue results? It'll be out next week! OMG! And I am seriously disappointed that being an O Level student, we are allowed t sit for Mother Tongue B Syallabus paper! Argh! Why had no one told me that before? I've been like askng everyone about it since term one but NOBODY, not even one soul has told me that i can wish to sit for syllabus B paper! Issh! And Prelims are coming! It's like i have nothing much to worry about!

School is boring as usual today. But I can’t complain for Social Studies at all. I hate the lecturing parts but I totally loved the part where we watch another documentary on Healthcare Policy. Today’s documentary is more about America’s Healthcare system. Well, they’re actually showing the negative side about its system so I’m not going to mention it here. But there’s something that really surprised me in America is that the jail where terrorist serve their punishment gets more healthcare privilege than the Americans themselves. Seriously, it really surprised me.

Anyway, my friend drew this picture for me last year. She made another a photocopy of the picture for me.

So, that’s all for today, I know it’s boring but I cannot help it either. It’s not my fault ok! Hahaha

WILD WILD WILD WET!

Well, i didn't come school today. I feel abit sickly this morning so i decided to skip school today. Anyway there's someone i thought i saw yesterday so i couldn't sleep last night because i was thinking about what i saw. Hahaha. Not going to tell you what it is. nanny nanny nehh nehh!

By the way, this morning, the pipe in my kitchen washroom burst! Because i didn't come school today so fortunately, i am the first to get the news. Hahaha. But thank goodness i was still asleep when the pipe burst. My dad actually had no choice as the pipe couldn't be removed (as it's rusty) so he cut off the pipe using a saw. So now, there's a hole in my pipe. I took a quick shower as the thought of the hole in the pipe makes me feel sick. I managed to sneak my phone to the toilet to take a photo of it:

Something Smells Fishy~!

Today’s Social Studies class wasn’t as bad as I thought. Since OV was going to show us a documentary video on Britain’s, France’s and America’s Health Care Policy, I though it would be boring as usual like we are going through the SEQ. Other classes watched great movies like House of Saddam and stuffs and we are watching a lousy documentary on Health Care Policies, which is like so totally unfair! But then the documentary ended up being so interesting that I clean forgotten that I had chucked my Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire book is right under my table. Did you know France’s Health Care system is so amazing? They actually have to pay NOTHING for seeing a doctor! They pay absolutely NOTHING for chemotherapy sessions, for giving birth or even for minor sickness like vomiting, flu and fever! And they get paid sick leaves too! Imagine you got three months of MC and still get paid by your boss? Of course, it wasn’t entirely your boss paid your salary: 65% were from the government and 35% from your employer and they made sure you still get 100% paid. And, imagine you get a maid coming to your house to do your housework and take care of your children every twice a week for FREE? It’s totally amazing! But that’s only the positive side though.

Anyway, so much for that, shall I proceed on complaining about school again? There’s a funny, horrible stench in school today. Nobody knew what cause that smell or where it came from but it is definitely a fishy smell. Too fishy to smell like rubbish, or a dead human body, or even fart. Yes, it’s definitely fishy! Some said it came from the koi pond in school but I personally felt the strong stench was coming more from the Sembawang River at that back of our school. But the boys in my class thought it would be a funny joke if it came from the girl’s washroom.

Well, so much for that stench-y smell, I am glad that I am at home, breathing the freshest air! Hahaha.

!Social Studies Disaster!

There was nothing much in school as usual. We just got out from that quarantine thingy and now we’re being piled up with so much school work. It’s obvious that teacher is using this quarantine thing as an excuse. I can swear that the papers in my file are piling up, because yesterday, I took out my large stack of paper in my file and slid them into my bag but my bag became unusually heavy after that. In the end, I hastily retrieved the stack and put them back into my file. I rather liked it much holding a thick and heavy file than carrying such a heavy bag to school.

Well, I didn’t study at all for social studies mock paper. Bet you anything that I will 100000000% likely to do badly for this paper. OMG, prelims are like so near and here I am complaining. The time is ticking so slowly that it feels like someone had bewitched the clock so that it goes SLOWLY….

So like I said, there’s nothing much in school today not unless you count another class just got quarantined! Well, I’m not exactly sure why I am feeling a pinch of pressure in my brain even though I have given up on O levels?? But I guess I’m abit too tired these few days. Odd things been happening and I’m not sure of it either. Hahahaaa. Well, time to sign out! :D

I saw Kacang Puteh

You can never imagine how hot the day is this morning (but too bad the sky is now sulking). It’s seriously hot. The moment I stepped into my classroom, I looked for the nearest fan and while standing under the fan, I was still fanning myself with my hand. “Are you that hot?” my friend asked, her eyes widen in shock when she saw me standing under the fan. Apparently, my uniform was soaked with my own sweat. I looked back at her, half amused that she actually asked me such an obvious question. “Well, can’t you see that I’m sweating profusely?” I asked.

I saw that Kacang Puteh when I was outside the music room. Hahahaa. I was like, “Hi, Kacang Puteh!” He looked amused but smiled rather reluctantly. Honestly, I’ve never met a person who usually suppressed his smile or laughter! Not as if he has crooked teeth that he doesn’t want to show off! Hahahaa! i guess he doesn't have... Ummmm... (shh...) a wild side…

alright laaa, I have to go now! Need to finish up my homework. Plenty to do, always, especially being in sec 5.

Annoyed

I woke up at 9 today but stayed in my room re-reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows until 11.50 which then I had decided to have a bath. Well unfortunately while I was in my bathroom bathing, my relatives came over and my mum had passed me some clothes including ... (shhh..) a torn shorts. Obviously she didn’t realised it when she helped me took my clothes. So after I had gotten my proper clothes on, I went to help my mum re-heat some food in the kitchen for my relatives to eat. The only thing is my mum didn’t know I actually nicked some food in the pan while heating it. Hahaha. My irritating second sister annoyed me so much because she lied, so finally I lost my temper and told her off for lying. I care less that she’s not speaking to me. I ALSO have no intention to speak to her. She should know that God know who’s right and who’s wrong and what other lies she had been telling and how she disrespected my parents. I won’t say much here but of course I would loved to ruin her because apparently I am sick of people seeing her a goddess because no one knows what bad things she did at home and seriously I don’t care much about she, who loves disrespecting and lying to her elders. It’s time for her to learn to earn her elders’ respect. And I am not going to show any respect to people who don’t deserve it!

Having abit of cramps today. No Pet’s Society today. Stay healthy everyone and take care.

Stomach pain :C

Haaaaiiiiyyyaaaaaaaaaa! I don't know why my stomach is hurting so much today! it' driving me crazy. the pain is distracting me from my studies and despite it, i actually fell asleep in Social Studies class! hahahaa. Anyway, about being quarantine in class for next week is yet to be confirmed. But i'm not sure though whether i really liked to be quarantined next week because i actually feel i have much more personal time on my own being quarantine. Hehe. But i missed CCA. I hope i can drop by at the cca room soon. I miss the smell of the room. :D

Ohhhhhhhhhhh So Boring!

Today’s maths class is really boring. I almost fell asleep. Guess today everybody is recovering from their fever. More than half a class came to school today. That’s something! At least it’s nosier in class now! Those who had just cam back from mc still have minor cough and flu. I am still having flu though. My teacher had just told us to practice more social distancing. Haven’t been able to hang out with my friends or my juniors aren’t enough of social distancing? Aww, seriously, I miss everything! I miss my friends, my juniors and the yummy chicken burger in school…. It’s like I’m better of not being in school! All I do is get stuck in my ‘quarantined’ sec-H5N2 classroom. Not to mention we have recess in classroom, we are even not even allowed to share classrooms with other history/art/geography/FNN/D&T students! And teachers will actually have to escort us down to the foyer 10 minutes earlier before school ends and see us out from the school! Oh boy, our dear 5N2 class are the VIPs of Canberra sec, seriously.

Today is school

So. this is how it feels like being quarantine in class. no more hanging out with besties during recess and have to eat in class. i'm so bored to tears just now that how i wished we could all just get quarantined at home instead at school. Teachers have to wear mask and it feels so weird! We looked as if we're in jail or should i just say we look like patients in jail? -.-"" Half of the class are not in school today! And the class is much quieter than usual. But easier to concentrate. :)

Helloooooo World~!

I used to do blogging when I was in sec 2 but because the break up between my ex and me and my cca project keep me away from blogging. It has been three years since I did blogging but I am not sure whether I will still write great stuffs inside because O levels are already keeping me busy! But I am not busy right now! *winks* that’s because I’m on two days MC. I’m still having sore throat right now. Hehee... I’m feeling abit sleepy now due to medicine. BOO. Now my class have the highest risk of getting swine flu. Half of my classmates are not in school which means = Two of my classmates have been suspected of H1n1 and about 7 down with fever and the rest are just minor sickness. If there anyone in class confirmed having H1n1 then there’s no school for my class ONLY. Hahahaaa *nanny nanny poo poo to the rest.

Sorry, I need a good rest now. Tomorrow’s my last mother tongue O level exam which is Listening Compre. :) everyone, please take care.
